PREGNANCY
Avoid: Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Fennel, Thyme,
Use small amounts of: Geranium, Peppermint, Rose, Rosemary
Safe options are: Bergamot, Lavender, Mandarin, Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, Patchouli, Peppermint, Sandalwood, Spearmint.
Please note that during the first trimester it is best to avoid all use of essential oils.
